Clean room, good location, great service.

The staff on the front desk where terrible, they cancel my room with previous confirmation, they were not friendly or willing to find a solution… all they said was make another reservation for double the price … but the way her name jessica

Negative: overpriced for the quality of this property and accommodations. Room furniture, wash basin and toilet suffering from neglect and aging process. Positive: dining room and kitchen staff. Food ok.

The hotel is located in a conveniently area for the purpose of my trip. It’s also close to restaurants.

Maybe improve their GYM space

I had paid through expedia in advance, nevertheless I was issued a bill for the full amount again since I complained. They then said it was ok. Already paid

Mattresses are old I’ve been staying at this location for many years and this will be my last. I had pillows removed from my room. I had 2 old rolls of toilet paper in my room and had to ask for more. I had to keep asking for towels. We paid for 5 guests and I would still get 4 towels. Make up towels have been removed from rooms. Only one towel is now being provided. The service has clearly gone downhill compared from the beginning.
