Will definitely be back in here! Great service and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast is the best! Complimentary service are convenient and practical. I really like the way they set up their service. You can get all the extra stuff you need during your stay. August is hot and humid season, this hotel will give you not just your comfort inside but also outside. They have packs of good items you can used like the sweat napkin that helps you cool down your amrpit/nape, and wax paper that absorbs the oil in your face without ruining your makeup. I If you’re a tourist and first time visiting Tokyo Japan? Choose this hotel and you won’t regret coming here!

Our stay at Super Hotel Tokyo Akabane-Eki Higashiguchi Ichibangai was made incredibly memorable thanks to Ms. Uto at the front desk. Although the last check-in time was 12 midnight, she kindly waited for us until 2AM when we arrived late due to unexpected delays — we were originally scheduled to arrive at 11PM. Her patience, kindness, and dedication went above and beyond. Without her, we would’ve had no place to stay that night. We are truly grateful for her exceptional hospitality. Also, the breakfast was excellent — fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend this hotel for both its service and comfort.

Breakfast was delicious and offers a variety of food options. A luggage keeping service was available and kept my luggages for 3 nights without charge. Overall, it was pleasant stay.

Stayed for 3 nights in May 2025 without issue. Free high quality breakfast. Wifi is strong on 3rd floor. Has laundry ($) on 1st floor. Restaurants plenty nearby. Few minutes walk from east exit of Akabane railway station. Free drink inside hotel pm and evening. Staff was courteous and helpful. Accept luggage before check in time for free. Held package that I ordered and delivered to hotel, gave to me upon check in. I’m happy with this hotel.

I unfortunately had an accident at Disneyland on my third day of travel and the hotel staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was compact as expected, can’t fault a thing, and location is great.

Our stay was so great, all the employee were friendly and very accommodating. The foods were delicious, the hotel was very clean, i love the free alcohol every night.. all in all it was a very good experience to stay at Super Hotel Akabane..

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this hotel, conveniently located about a 7-minute walk from Akabane Station. While the rooms are small—which seems common in local hotels—they were comfortable and included a satisfactory breakfast. Although the rooms don't offer impressive views, it wasn't a concern for us since we spent most of our day out and about. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would consider returning if we visit Tokyo again.

Very close to JR station and to nightlife if youre a man.

The bathroom and room have a sewage odor. The bunk bed was very hard. The bathroom has no electrical outlet. The vent louvre is broken.

Very nice small hotel in a lovely local neighborhood! The hotel was very clean and you can select your own pillows. Stay was very comfortable and the staff were excellent!
