Great to stay at this hotel. The room is very clean and the swimming pool is very nice. We'll be back here someday.

We tried their airport pickup, and they were on standby at the airport early in the morning for our arrival due to a delayed flight. The service was also good. The rooms are spacious, and there's a Sevel next to the hotel. If you exit the hotel and turn right, you'll find plenty of food, including Ali Food Corner, which is also halal. It's very close to Bukit Bintang and other destinations.

The price is okay, the place is comfortable. Thank you

⁠hotel next to the street. You can hear the noise from the road. Very disturbing at night. •⁠ ⁠⁠room smelly •⁠ ⁠⁠found cocroach •⁠ ⁠⁠found ticks on the pillow and bed •⁠ ⁠⁠bed sheets very thin and not propor to use. •⁠ ⁠⁠front office open at 9am. We had an early check out at 7am. No one at the fromt desk so we cannot get our deposit back. We text them buat no/long to get reply.

Comfortable and close to everywhere, it's a shame there are lots of small cockroaches in the apartment even though the place is comfortable, ok and the room is spacious

The apartment is very comfortable, the bathroom has a separate toilet and bathroom, but it's strange that there is only one sliding door, next time maybe I will stay here again. The only minus is that the staff are not very friendly, they tend to be grumpy, but that's okay, the important thing is that the room is safe.

The room was full of cockroaches. There was no hot water. There was no doormat. There was no place to hang clothes in the bathroom.

it was good overall but if you happen to have some minus from the room and ask the staff to fix it, they tend to take a long time to come to your room to fix it. also deposit return takes 2 days to be returned to you

Very affordable price and clean

Wifi auto turned off on first night and never restored. Aircond auto turned off on second night. No phone in room to call front desk or house keeping- totally isolated with no help. Small cockroaches in kitchen and bedroom.

It was a good experience. The admin is helpful enough.

Comfortable room, clean, very cold AC, complete... Only minimal hangers to put towels near the bathroom, otherwise ok, thank you I like it, maybe will come back again soon 🙏🤗
