Average. Given 16th floor, very hig. Checked out earlier due to change of plans but no refund has been given!?! Breakfast poor.

I like the area around the hotel

The front desk stuff was nice, but I was there with a group of people from a TV reality show that took my privacy. They were rude and noisy plus one day, they didn't allowed my room service to be done, all hallway was dark including safety lights was turned off, If you need I have a video to prove the situation.

The hotel itself was very good with clean rooms. We did have one issue during checkout. The elevators that give access to the lobby were not working so it was a bit cumbersome to get with the bags from the 18th floor to the car. Apart from that, the facilities are new and the location is very good, close to a major highway.

O café da manhã é muito fraco.

A very clean hotel all around, yet with very little in the way of amenities. The front desk staff was very accommodating. In a fairly remote location with not much to do outside the hotel locally. Connected to a small mall with a nice sports bar, The Burgers. Good food & drink, really nice staff.

O hotel é excelente! Limpo, organizado, de facil acesso, os atendentes são super simpaticos... Com certeza, me hospedaria novamente!

Foi muito boa. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Colchão da cama muito mole, apesar de um quarto limpo e com vista bonita.

Hotel moderno com excelentes instalações. O Shopping nao funciona... não tem nada alem de uma academia, Lojas Americanas, um quiosque de sorvetes e alguns escritórios. Equipe super atwnciosa, educada e bem preparados.

Curto espaço de tempo, apenas dormir para seguir viagem, mas foi uma excelente experiência. O pessoal da recepção é fantástico.
