Room was clean and comfortable. Very homy feeling

Sarahi at the front counter, guest services, was very helpful, efficient and friendly.

The receptionist at check in was there both times we stayed there (late afternoon into the evening). She had the personality of a corn cob. Everything she did and all questions asked of her was as if it was such a demand of her time. If you want an improvement on your hotel I would say educate her on attitude or fire her.

I reserved a room with Lake View (Balcony) by paying a premium through Expedia. When I checked in at the hotel, I asked them to confirm that my room is Lake View (Balcony). They said “No, you got just a standard room with no Lake View and no Balcony. That is what you reserved. If you have a problem with that, contact Expedia”. I knew that they were lying to me, and I contacted Expedia, and Expedia called the hotel. They told Expedia differently that my reserved room is Lake View (Balcony), but there were no availability for that room type at that night.

Very nice property, great free shuttle from the airport. Excellent Central American restaurant a 3 minute walk away. Room is very nice!!

The receptionist wasn't kind. I called several times from the room. She never picked up and when I was going to the front desk she was in person al calls or smoking outside. No at all client oriented.

Possibly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. All around excellent experience.

Air conditioning barely worked, couldn’t cool below 69 degrees. We called to ask if they had lotion available, were told “yes, come get it from the front desk” no, “we’ll have someone bring it right to your room…” The bed was terrible. The only good thing is the location to the airport.

The morning staff was very kind and helpful.

The whole check in was smooth. The front desk personnel was very helpful and polite.

Need to have more info available online on where to meet the airport shuttle. This is badly lacking and makes for a rocky start. Once the shuttle picked us up everything went well

They accommodated our needs.

The breakfast buffet is a little chaotic, but fine. The staff was wonderful, but they often needed help as there was only 1 person working - which caused some big back ups.
