Perfect location, right in the middle of the palace, steps from so much!

Clean room in nice area! Mladen was very helpful with luggage storage, food suggestions etc! It is a flight up in the building so carrying luggage is a bit of a challenge.

Room was very unique with stone walls. Owners were very helpful with communication about room access, restaurants and attractions. Also held our luggage several hours for free. Highly recommend!

Terrific spot in a tiny street inside the Diocletian Palace. Walkable only but very memorable, with a delicious fresh fish dinner served by the fine, small restaurant outside our door. We would always appreciate, from all self-register accommodation providers, at least two days advance info on access as we travel with email but not telephone. Day-of access can be probalematic if not seen in advance!

The host was extremely helpful, we had car troubles and he came and picked our car up and brought it to the parking spot as well as dropped our car back to us at both 6am one day as well as driving us to the airport at 4:30am another. He suggested multiple cool places to visit and good restaurants. One of the best experiences we have have had in terms of hotels. This is the first review I’ve written. 100% recommend this host.

Mladen was absolutely incredible to deal with from check-in, check-out, parking, ideas on what to visit, and availability for any inquiries or questions. We very highly recommend this accommodation!! The location was amazing, the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation was perfect, Mladen brought our vehicle to us and picked up based on any schedule that met our plans, and very friendly. Our stay here was incredible!

We were sent great instructions to find the place& access our room. Spacious clean ...it was perfect in the perfect location. Very quiet for being centrally located!

Falcon was an absolute fantastic host who gave us very clear directions to the property, made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us with car parking! Loads of great local recommendations and tips too. The room was spotless and in the perfect location. Can’t sing enough praise about this spot! Hvala Falcon!!

This is a lovely spot, much recommended

This was one of those Vacations we were just getting a room for one night, as we were leaving on a Boat the next day! The apartment was small, but beautifully well done, clean, efficient and was one of those moments you remember in Croatia! The owner actually picked up or friends late from the Airpot and drove them to the Apartment!

Excellent choice for a visit to Split! The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town, so you can walk to everything. Yet it’s also very quiet at night (room 2). The room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Communication with Mladen was great, who provided lots of recommendations and even a welcome drink. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful accommodations, very comfortable, and great location.

Mladen, the host, was extremely accommodating and helpful with recommendations. He even met us and parked our car for us, providing inexpensive overnight parking. The apartment was clean and perfectly located within the old city. When leaving, he provided suggestions for a gorgeous beach on our way to the next stop, and restaurants along our way.

Take an airport Split shuttle and walk to the property. In the center of Old Town, newly renovated, clean, very comfortable bed, responsive and helpful owner, walkable to all shops and stores in the old town and marina. LOVED my stay!

I spent 4 nights and wish I could have stayed for longer. The bed was super comfortable. The location is ideal—just 1 minute from a main street and surrounded by good restaurants. The room itself is charming, with stone walls and windows that open out to the street/alley. I didn’t find it too noisy—although the alley in front is bustling with restaurants and outside diners, with the shutters and windows closed, I could barely hear anything.

Our stay in Split was unbelievable! The host is very friendly and responsive to all of our questions. He sent a list of recommendations that were amazing and he even got transfer service to the airport when we left. The place is beautiful, well maintained, we got welcome drinks and everything was within waling distance. 10/10
