No Air conditioning, No wifi, no power for full day, just to that loft everyone else had power, called management no response said sorry will check tomorrow.

The loft is situated in a really convenient location between 2 vaporetto stops. We like that everything was new and clean. However, the wifi doesn’t work well - signal strength may be full on your phone but nothing loads. Should look into installing either an airconditioner or mosquito nets on the windows. We had to keep the windows open because it was warm but were kept up all night by mosquitoes.

A clean well-designed space in an excellent location. Staff were there to meet us even though we arrived late, and when I reported a heating problem they soon had it fixed. Because of the open stairs it may not be suitable for all ages. Very secure and in a nice area. Quiet inside but with some life once out through the small courtyard on the street. Would definitely book this place again.

The apartment was tidy and clean, but that will be down to the ridiculous cleaning charge at 80 Euro's for 3 nights :(. I was questioned on arrival and asked to prove I had paid for the accommodation in advance. My husband I 6ft 2inches so I am unsure how he stayed conscious There was no kettle so I had to boil a pan of water to make tea The kitchen island is so close to the cupboards you can hardly cook The oven wouldn't stay on There are no English channels on the TV Was it worth the £350 plus the 80 euro cleaning fee on arrival, the answer is not in my book.

Fabulous rental. Extremely clean and modern -- comfortable bed, brand new appliances, spotless bathroom. It's also in a great location. It's slightly outside the main attractions, so it's quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk everywhere. The owner was very accommodating and responsive through text messages. We had a late train out of Venice, and he let us stay far past check-out time because no one was checking in the following day. That was a big help for us, and I really appreciated it. Overall, a wonderful experience. The only complaints are that the wifi was limited, so it was hard to answer emails etc from the room, and the person who let us in was about 30 mins late. Fortunately there was a great bar next door that kept us happily occupied while we waited, so it wasn't too troublesome. Otherwise, all was perfect!
