Very nice apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and a lounge /kitchen, very nice and pleasant. Parking and tube both very easy and shops nearby.

Stayed at Heatherbank for 1 night and we had a great stay. Room facilities were great and we had everything we need. Slept well, quiet rooms and clean with no complaints. The team allowed us to check in early so we could spend the day in London. A 10 minute walk to the tube and 20 minute tube journey got us into central London. They also allowed to us to park our car before check in and after check out. So accommodating and would definitely stay again - thank you for a lovely visit!

We stayed at the property for 2 nights and everything was amazing. The staff couldn't be more helpful and polite. Breakfast was nice and laid out. Rooms were spacious and clean (TV, big shower, Comfy chair, hot drink supplies). The property was quite warm, but the room was equipped with a good fan, which was amazing as this isn't always the case with some hotels. Quite and good for parking as this is what we needed and actually made it quite difficult to find somewhere to stay. Public transport is very close if needed too. Amazing stay, thanks so much!

The room was extremely hot. Only had a tiny window. Staff at reception not helpful at all.

Rather a random one, the bathroom light had a mind of its own and kept turning on and off. There was also some weird noise from the bathroom that I couldn’t tell if it was a whining dog next door or something going on with the plumbing. Other than that, comfortable and clean and I’ve stayed in a lot worse for work trips.

Well priced hotel very close to a tube station & decent breakfast selection.

The room was lovely and large, very clean and the hotel was with in 5 min from the underground one way and the same the other way to shops and restaurants ideally places

Clean room, plenty to choose for breakfast. Restaurants sekund.

We were given a warm welcome and our room was very large, with 2 double beds! It was quiet and spacious, if a little dated. There was a fridge, which was a bonus for storing food and drinks.

Stayed here terrible room dirty payed a £200 deposit they said I will get it back at end of stay when I went to leave they said it will take 2 days to come through I rang up and said can I get my deposit back and the lady behind the desk said she has forgot to do it, it has been 2 weeks I still haven’t received my £200 and they have blocked my number. There breakfast was disgusting iswell.

Place was clean and comfortable

- The interaction with the receptionist was not the best. We were first asked to ensure all of our luggages are carried to the room which was on the second floor, we tried to negotiate however was not flexible. Then when the other receptionist saw us struggling to carry our luggages up with the stairs, they mentioned that it can be kept on the ground floor. Inconstant service offered which caused confusion. - Moreover the heater was not working properly; we turned off the heater when we first got to the hotel and when we tried to turn the heater back on, it did not work. The following morning, we went to the reception to ask how to fix the problem, the receptionist mentioned that only the cleaners know how to fix this. We asked if there are any external heater that they offered but they said there were none and that we just have to be patient. - Shower’s water pressure was poor and very cold water was dripping from the tank.
