I would definitely stay here again, we've always had good luck with Hilton Garden Inns. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was very clean over all. I rated it a 4/5 because their breakfast is not good. They offer a buffet for $20 a person and it's gross. The coffee is decent, but I'd advise that you eat somewhere else.

I liked that it has an indoor pool, breakfast bar and Jym.

There is nothing spectacular about this place. It is located in a little strip mall of sorts. It is safe and conveniently located but there are no grounds or anything like gardens. Just concrete. There’s a nice Italian restaurant, an Asian restaurant, a movie theater, a new Mexican restaurant and a whole foods store called Mom’s within walking distance. So it is in a safe area with convenient restaurants and even an urgent care right there.

Room was spacious but there was a large wet spot on the carpet. Bed was comfortable. Bar was understocked, to put it mildly. Breakfast was a joke for $18: plain yogurt, fruit, dry cereal, scrambled "eggs", dry sausage and french toast. No service. Had to go to lobby for coffee. Fine for the 1 night we were there...

Checked us into a room with no shades so the lights from the parking deck were blaring into our room. Apparently they know about the problem.

The staff was friendly and excellent. The location was ideal. Dobbs Ferry has a great waterfront. And it is just down the road from where I grew up in the Bronx. Also, very close to Wegmans on of my favorite shopping places.

I booked an accessible room with a roll in shower and it cost more than the regular room.Once I checked in and went to my room it was a regular room. I went back to lobby and the woman gave me a new room key. The new room was hearing accessible but still did not have the roll in shower. By this time I was exhausted from traveling so I just stayed in that room. The woman at the front desk was not helpful or friendly at all. My room smells musty/stale

Never seems to disappoint, always consistent with the perfect amount of courtesy, professional, professionalism, and cleanliness.

Breakfast was inadequate.

Property not clean, NO regular coffee, only decaf. i have never experienced that in any hotel ever.
