Staircase is a killer with luggage, steep narrow stairs, no lift, wouldn’t recommend to elderly people

Excellent location and great large apartment with full kitchen and in-room laundry, huge windows. Very good communications and entry/exit details. Very well renovated, but needs some minor maintenance things attended to.

Great location right n the city centre. Easy access using a code, with luggage storage facility before-after check-in/out. Well appointed apartment with everything you need to live independently for a few days.

Comfortable and convenient

Great property in the middle of the Glasgow city center! Exactly what we needed. Walking distance to both train stations and many restaurants and shops downtown. Quiet at night. Would stay again!

Instructions for access were sent well ahead of time, and were very easy to follow. Luggage storage was a great bonus and made life really easy. Location was great, central to shops and transport. Kitchen was well equipped, and the whole place was clean and welcoming. Only thing missing would be some hooks in the bathroom closer to the shower to avoid getting water everywhere after.

Beautifully equipped apartment, very spacious and clean. I stayed on the top floor (80 steps) and it was very quiet in spite of being a stone's throw from Queen Street station.

Excellent location easy to locate. Get off express bus 500 at Queen street station and walk 2 mins. The room is spacious and clean

The apt was beautiful and ver comfortable. Our only issue is that there is no close parking. When we unloaded luggage and loaded luggage it was ver difficult.

Great space! Loved the bed, nice and firm, and the bathroom was roomy - great shower! Total bonus to have washer/dryer (one combo machine) in the unit though it seemed to take a long time to finish and still had to set our clothes out overnight to dry. But what a perk to pack up and go with fresh clean clothes! Very walkable area and super close to Queen Street Station! Right on main pedestrian thoroughfare. Not much for shopping but lots of restaurants.

This was a perfect base for a visit to Glasgow. Clean and comfortable rooms in a convenient location for walking the city and accessing trains. Close to restaurants and shopping. In room kitchenette with washer was a bonus. (Note stairs only, no elevator.)

The apartment was clean, spacious, and within a block of the airport transfer bus and queen street station. The owner was super communicative and when we had a problem with the safe she was able to get it resolved within the hour. The only thing that would make this apartment better would be a king bed. But even so it is a gem in the heart of Glascow!

It was a great location and the apartment was good, however, it went downt from there. There was no booklet on how anything worked. We tried contacting the property and got NO answer. We had to YouTube how to use the washing machine/dryer combo we had and never got the dryer part to work. The heat thermostat was non functional and never worked. They gave one laundry soap pod and when we contacted them about how to work the washer and thermostat we asked for more pods… but got no email in return. We got an email from the company asking how our stay was after we left the property and we told them about they stay and lack of communication on their part and got no response AGAIN! Not an I’m sorry to hear that or anything. I do not recommend this place. If you have any issues your on your own! Good luck!
