Room was decent but not cleaned until after 430pm, beach was washed out/inaccessible. Pool area was more like a nightclub of 18 year olds than an adults only hotel. Staff was very nice and hospitable. Breakfast was VERY expensive as I got the $24 scramble vs my wife’s two eggs and home fries with a side of bacon for $19, so I got half the amount of bacon and a slice of cheese for $5 more. Make that make sense.

Staying at Condado OC was great! The staff and overall property was amazing! The infinity pool out looking the beach was very beautiful. Interested to see how my bill will be like after check out. Would stay here again!

Location is near everything imaginable. Would recommend having access to a microwave to reheat all the tasty leftovers.

It was perfect, I was left alone and when I needed to interact with people I was treated with respect. 10/10

Beautiful hotel and amenities, nice rooms. But there are a lot of hidden fees. I would still stay here again, i loved how spacious the rooms were and the nice views.

The area is nice but lacks basic amenities such as a fridge and microwave. Left overs had to be discarded and had to waste money on a meal every day unfortunately because the lack of a fridge.

Had a great time at The Ocean Club! Alejandro T., Angel, Carlos, and the rest of the crew were awesome — very friendly, fun, and always made sure we were having a good time. They gave great recommendations and really went out of their way to make it a great experience. Can’t say enough good things about the staff — they made the trip! The hotel was also very nice - great views and clean. Definitely recommend.
