침대가 물렁한것 빼고 다 좋았습니다 무엇보다 주방에 식기도구가 있어서 요리를 해먹을수 있었네요

這一次的家庭旅遊，我們總共住了四天三夜， check in的時候有員工友善的服務我們，每天都可以更換新的毛巾，房間空間足夠，房間和客廳各自分開空間很大，我們一家人住得很滿意，下次一定要再來住。

위치나 가격이 적당해서 후쿠오카 여행일정에서 재방문하는 숙소입니다. 카운터 직원분도 친절하고 가성비 숙소로 추천합니다. 다만 아쉬운점은 샤워기 고정하는 부분 손상으로 샤워실 샤용에 불편이 있었네요

Good location for shopping and restaurants. Rooms are small but everything you need is available. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Will be back again.

I had a pleasant stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. There was a convenient store nearby. Around 10 mins walk to the train station.

Friendly staff, convenient location to bus lines, and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Will stay here again when in the area.

Excellent location, room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Lots of amenities close by. Only exception is washing machine did not come with a dryer after washing the clothes.

Cheap pricing and Friendly reception

There is no A/C or airflow in the bathroom. It was very hot and uncomfortable. Other than that it was spacious and a bonus with own washer

始めて清川に宿泊しました。 近隣には美味しい食事ができる店も多く食事には困りませんでした。 私は歩くのが好きなので、中州や博多駅まで歩きましたが15分少々でいい散歩でした。 立地的には博多観光の中心エリアではないですが、どこに行くにもアクセスしやすい立地だと思います。 部屋は、可もなく不可もなくですが、出来れば改善して欲しいのが、インターホンの機材が室内にあるのですが、消灯しても緑色にピコピコ光っており、寝にくいので見てみたら2016年から部屋のインターホンを押した人の膨大なデータが残っていて消す作業を諦めました。 たぶん、他の部屋もそうだと思うので宿の方にチェックアウトの都度確認して消して欲しいです。 天井の煙探知機かなにかの機械の緑色の電球も消灯すると目立つのでなんとかして欲しいです。

It was better than I though, very spacious. The kitchen and washer area is separate from the bedroom which made it a comfortable stay.

The most unique about this hotel is the multifunctional switch of the bathroom. It only took few hours to dry up the clothes. .

A clean and modern hotel. Rooms on the small side by western standards, but typical by Japanese standards. Classed as a residential hotel so it's more of a small flat than a hotel as such. Kitchen with microwave, hob, sink, and fridge freezer. Washing machine, but no dryer. Clean towels daily if required. The best part were the lovely comfortable beds, all the hotels so far on my trip have been firm, not here, a nice medium memory foam mattress was very welcome and I had 2 nights good sleep. I would stay here again without doubt. The photo is the view from my balcony, which according to Hotels.Com is a river view! The river was viewable, but only from the higher floors, not floor 4 were my room was, I don't know if this is Hotels.com or the hotels error, but it didn't effect my comfortable stay.

Convenient location - 15 min walk to both hakata station and tenjin!
