No parking. Difficult to load and unload. Room is of a good size. Parking is the issue.

Lovely staff and lovely hotel. We had a room with 2 balconies, one right over the river. The river is loud with the windows open but the with the windows shut the soundproofing was great. Really nice location for exploring the dolomites.

Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Ski Tage, Tiefgarage 200m entfernt war sehr praktisch und preislich fair, Skischuhwärmer im Keller ist vorhanden. Man benötigt natürlich immer Skibus oder Auto mit entsprechenden (Zeit-)Aufwand, dafür kann man Abends zu Fuß in die schöne Innenstadt zum Essen. Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück ab 07:00, Cappuccino u.ä. wird von der Siebträgermaschine liebevoll und frisch zubereitet.

It was in the center of town. Walkable to everything. Wonderful restaurants close by. Just needed a ride to get to the ski area.

Situated in the cute town of Brunico, the Goldene Rose could be a dream hotel…unfortunately, it’s not. Out of the many places I’ve stayed in Italy, the room was one of the worst and ironically was one of the most expensive. Room had the most uncomfortable unmade bet I’ve ever slept in, no AC (had a fan which did nothing), no toiletries except some liquid soap and a shower cap, bizarre parking offsite in an underground and unlit garage, and a 10am check out! Shame on this hotel for charging so much for so little.

Our room was so nice with an amazing balcony overlooking the city & the mountains! They had everything set up ahead of time for our kids and breakfast was great!

Beautiful hotel in center of Brunico, walk to everything, very large rooms, terrific mattresses, nice breakfast. In heavy tourist season parking could be a problem, but worth the effort.

Outstanding service, great value, perfect location for access to town and entire valley (with free bus/train pass included!). I cancelled the Innsbruck part of my vacation to stay here longer.

Parking was not free and should have been booked in advance. That's not specified anywhere in the listing! Also, parking ramp full of snow and ice making very hard to drive up/down. Poor customer care (lobby was closed and the on-call person got angry to be disturbed). Despite that, awesome location, great rooms (although bathroom wasn't in clean conditions) and good breakfast.

The hotel was excellent, the room huge and the bed very comfortable. Both receptionists were VERY helpful and able to recommend places to visit and eat. I could not recommend more a good hotel such as this when visiting Brunico
