Been before great hotel and service food and drinks excellent

This was our second time staying here. We stay when we go to Brands Hatch for the BSB racing. The hotel is convenient and has parking. The rooms are old and tired and could be cleaner but bed linen and towels are very clean. The food in the bar wasn't great But we found a fab Chinese down the road. Breakfast was nice but it was a shame they didn't start serving until 8am on weekends, this meant we couldn't have it on Sunday as we would arrive at the racing too late. The bedroom was incredibly hot but a fan was provided which helped a bit.

Very enjoyable stay,great room,super bathroom! Staff all very helpful and friendly, especially Sharon. Looking forward to coming back again!

It was a good stay, the bonus of free parking.The restaurant meals are good and reasonably priced. Beds are comfy. Good location.

The hotel was run down, musty, dirty and unwelcoming. The bath was littered with hairs behind a mouldy shower curtain - no way was I going to shower in the morning. The carpet and floors had seen much better days, but I daren’t think about that for too long. We did consider just leaving, but luckily the beds looked clean and they were comfortable enough so we stuck it out. The room was stifling, with only one window able to open, sadly that didn’t help as it just enhanced the pub goers noise which went on until 4am! Terrible location, leaving couldn’t come quick enough as we hurried past a punter tending his 10am beer. Staff seemed to want to prolong our suffering by leaving us waiting at the desk/bar whilst they finished a personal conversation in front of us. The only bright star in the place was the lady at breakfast - so friendly and genuinely lovely, I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

Comfortable room and good breakfast. The only challenge was that the parking wasn’t the easiest to find.

I stay here for the convenience and location to where I need to be. Second stay here. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I had a queen size bed which was lovely and comfy. Breakfast was also nice. It’s a lovely old pub/hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Would recommend.

Very central location. We booked 2 rooms 1 had been refurbish and one hadnt. Both clean. Staff great and nice breakfast. Room at back waa quiet but one at front heard the evening noise

Lobby nice staff were good small room and no hot water felt run down and shabby

Parking is a nightmare to find. The noisiest hotel I've stayed in. Delivery early doors. Staff good, food average, not the worst

Brilliant stay, lovely service. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. Cigarette smell in stairwell was the only small inconvenience.

Could have benefitted from clearer directions to the car park. A does what is says on the tin stay and very appropriate for working away. Nice staff members, friendly and helpful.

Ok fir a one nights stay in the for the area

No real problems but the drains need attention as the bathroom smelt bad. Perfectly clean, usable and drained well but toilet odours came back

We got an email to advise us to book a table to eat in the restaurant, I rang to book one and told us kitchen was closed, shame nobody let us know, breakfast was pastry’s from Lidls , 99p for a pack of eight, breakfast looked quite sad 😔 nobody approached us to offer us any toast, small plate with a few slices of ham and cheese on it. Overall a little disappointed.

We chose this Hotel because of it was supposedly close to Brands Hatch race circuit ( 6.7 miles ) it is actually nearer to 15 miles. we found it very difficult to locate and no hot food was available for evening meal or breakfast. All that was was missing was Basil Faulty.
