No Porter €1 extra to bring a drink outside. Tried to charge for breakfast even though it was part of the package. Nice room.

We had a wonderful time. The front desk staff was wonderful, and the hotel was very centrally located. The rooms were comfortable, stylish, and quiet.

Very nice hotel in a good location. We had a room at the back and it was extremely quiet. Very comfortable bed. Would have preferred a “proper” door in the bathroom - there is an opaque glass door which doesn’t go right up to the ceiling - but the hairdryer makes up for it !

Centrally positioned hotel perfectly located close to the old town, the beaches and within walking distance of everything you need. Super modern hotel with all the mod cons you could want and need. Staff were incredibly helpful attentive and friendly. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel or any of the hotels within the group.

We had booked an executive room and requested a King Size bed. On arrival we had twin beds, rather than king. I understand that the website says you can't guarantee requests will be met but I would have expected that we would have been notified in advance that our request could not be met as opposed to being disappointed on the start of our holiday. The room rate is very expensive. I think you should change your policy to let people know in advance whether or not you can meet their requests.

Great location, helpful staff. Duplex room was nice and quiet but would have preferred an executive room as prefer to have a view.

Room was excellent in size , cleanliness .Executive room 201. Good view of plaza Guipúzcoa. Restaurant is very limitedc. Buffet breakfast is adequate but looks very scanty compared to NH hotels Aranzasu .location is perfect. Airconditioning is US standard. For a $500 a night room, you have to ask for Kleenex from the Desk and they give you this pathetic small pocket packet containing 7 pieces.

Short walk from beach and pintxos bars. Staff attentive and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay
