It’s huge place and quite

Beware staying at this property there is no staff on property. The room had a horrible sewer smell in the shower and bathroom. It stunk so bad that we could not use the bathroom or shower for two days. They came to clean the bathroom but It did not help. We are in process trying to obtain a refund. The staff does not speak any English and they have zero staff on property if there is any issue. Do not stay here unless you like dirty rooms and speak Japanese. The entire room smelled of sewer. Do not stay !

The property is ok. It does have a nice bathroom, washing machine, and air conditioner. The negatives are that is was pretty dusty in some places, like it hadn’t been fully cleaned, and the beds were pretty cheap, one of them being partially held together with a zip tie. Also the area is pretty rundown. A few blocks away it is much nicer. I would stay here again if I had to, but would much prefer other places a few blocks away.

Stay was amazing, place was spacious! bed was comfortable and they provided us some water!

Hotel was great but the check in process could be much improved. It took very long to check in and there were multiple repeated steps. For example, the hotel required to verify passports twice--first by taking a picture of it and upload it, then it also required to verify theough a live virtual agent once again. And each person was required to do so. We were standing in a very small area with multiple luggages and this process was extremely cumbersome. I don’t mind the virtual registration but they should not make us repeat the same regisprocess twice.

You get what you pay for. For the price it is a very reasonable stay, the biggest problem for me was the cleanliness of the AC and the balcony. This is an unmanned facility so I don’t believe they clean as well as other hotels, but other than the AC being very dusty everything else was fine. A very average hotel room but spacious. If you have the budget I would recommend some place else, but this is by no means a bad place to stay. It is a budget hotel

Room not as shown on photo. However, can stay 5 person but not dressing table and insufficient shelves to put your thing.

The room is clean and tidy....however, it is too late to let us know there is no one in the lobby and send us the password at the last minutes when we send them the email. They should send us the email for the password earlier. Also the washing machine can't be run and we need to go to another room for washing and take the clothes back to our room which is quite inconvenience.

Takuto Stay is a small gem for families. If you can get used to electronic checkin and communications, the room is what the pictures say. Clean. Simple, Comfortable. The e-concierge responded within minutes every time. Takuto Stay is a great option for small family with near access to shopping area of Osaka. Make sure you read all the instructions on access, checkin, hot water, aircon. Your stay will be very smooth if so. Would stay here again.

Easy checking snd check out procedures. Fully equipped apartment with sufficient amenities. Excellent lightings and air con.convenient parking. A Sichuan restaurant nearby.

Ótimo local para família grande, só faltou uma limpeza no ar condicionado e de debaixo das camas, quarto ótimo com ótima localização.
