Great staff

Great location, close to the train station. Very walkable. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel is handy to the station. The rooms are huge with a separate bedroom but they are a bit devoid of furnishings to fill the space. They are also very dark. Some of the staff are are little abrupt. We had checked out of our room before breakfast so had our bags outside of the breakfast area and we got told that if we sit there after we finished eating we can't leave our bags there. I had to tell her we were leaving for an early train and i was waiting for my husband who was in the bathroom!!!

The location was great- just a few moments walk from the main train station. Some great restaurants nearby. Good location for catching bus links to explore further afield. Easy to walk to sea front etc.

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk from Piazza Principe station. Around 20 minutes walk to main attractions. Luggage storage which is great. Breakfast excellent, definitely recommend it.

You will feel dizzy all the time during the stay. The room floor has incline. The only good thing is it is right

Nice hotel - comfortable, super clean, quiet, safe. Great shower and 3 minutes walking distance from the train station. Staff are nice, polite and efficient.

Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is very modern, the best in Italy so far. Very close to the train station. Only downfall was the wifi whic didn’t work most times and breakfast was very basic but ok. Can not comment muvh on staff as only saw them at check-in and checkout due to being in a different building.

This hotel was equal to (in a really good way) staying at home! We prepaid for 2 rooms and had 5 people in our party. Everyone agreed that this was one of the best stays we had in our month long Italian Adventure. By this point in our trip we had several great places we stayed. However this hotel delivered easily the best sleep since leaving home. Their breakfast service was also a great plus to our stay. We would do it all over again!
