We didn't end up getting what we paid for, as we reserved for a king size they ended up giving us two doubles. The towels in the room had stains, despite having the fan running in the room it was quite warm in the night. The breakfast was only a tiny plate of fruit with granola, one piece of pancake, and a cup of tea or coffee. If you wanted other things you'd have to pay extra. They have an elevator that only holds two people. The stay would be to pass by for a night, but not for long term as the room was even hotter than being outside at night. The place is outdated needs a renovation.

The staff charge extra money of what we booked in Expedia and the customer service was terrible.

The hotel was clean and close to the family that i was visiting. They had a nice restaurant with good food. I slept very well and was comfortable staying there.

Lo bueno: Hotel cercano a los jardines de fiestas y a un costo bastante razonable. Personal muy amable y proceso rápido de check in. Estacionamiento, aunque abierto, muy bien vigilado. Lo malo: la cama para mi gusto estaba muy suave por lo que no era comoda para descansar, además el colchón estaba forrado con una especie de plástico, el cuál crujía mucho con cualquier movimiento al voltearse o acomodarse en la cama y ese ruido no permitía tener un sueño continuo ya que lo despertaba a uno cada que mi pareja o yo nos moviamos.

Very comfortable bed and linens. Gorgeous colors, textures, style. Love the soft, warm lighting over the bed. Spacious room with lots of storage. Tasty and affordable restaurant. Very bad coffee in restaurant. Windows do not have mosquito screens or bars. No black out curtains. Strange storage area with glass shower door in room. That storage area has large, low window with no screen or bars and it did not close properly or lock. Dangerous for my toddler and bad security for my room. Only 7 channels on TV.

Staff really friendly and courteous, really clean room and nice breakfast. EEEEEEEXTREMELY NOISY, next to a SSSSSSUPER BUSY street. Very difficult to sleep.

La habitación no se parecía a la foto de referencia, el colchón ya es muy viejo y se hundía, esta muy descuidado, en cuanto al personal muy amable y eficiente la atención y la ubicación es buena.

muy limpio como siempre. pero agua caliente falto... estaba muy tibia lo de siempre faltan minisplits habitacion no tenia cable... solo internet para streaming
