nice and accomodative staff and owner!! was initially giving the room right in front of the elevator but they immediately changed when i asked! Thank u so much!! Nice hotel with big rooms which is easily convertible to accomodate 4 people on futons after moving the huge dining table. Room is clean and well equiped (even has bottle openner! and teapot, sake glasses on top of the usual kettle etc). Next to dining/sleeping there is a sitting area by the window overlooking Tazawako/shirahama, it has public onsen (which is beautiful and spacious on its own) and a private onsen area which you can book before hand even for sunrise/sunset (which is very pretty and changing room is sooo big! (love it!) my only regret is not staying abit longer to go walk shirahama just in front
