We had such an amazing stay here with our two kids. Still talking about it months later.

The service and the people working there are amazing and the property was so peaceful. I truly enjoyed everything about this place.

I’ve stayed at many ryokan in different parts of Japan; Yukairou Kikuya is by far the best. Not only does it have flawless service, beautiful rooms and superb food, but it has famously beneficial onsen water in baths that range from in-room to private to a larger “public” one that I nevertheless had all to my self. The baths are often outdoors in private gardens, which enhances the experience. I also had a shiatsu massage that ranks among the best of my life. I can’t recommend Kikuya highly enough, and can’t wait to return.

Wonderful stay at Ryokan Kikuya. It's picturesque, with the stream running through it. Impeccable service, attentive yet discreet. Situated at the heart of Shuzenji Onsen town, one can go on short or long walks with interesting sites to visit.

ホテル内は静かで趣きがあり、とても過ごしやすい空間でした。

この度はお世話になりました。 子供がお腹にいる時に行って以来で、今回は子供を連れて2回目でしたが本当に昔と変わらずで満喫させていただきました。 子供もピンボールや探検に夢中で楽しんでおりました。

コスパが良く、お部屋に檜風呂もありゆっくりできました。お部屋の場所によって違うと思いますが、施設内の移動が吊り橋を渡るのも非日常で楽しかったです。おすすめのお宿だと思います。

古いながらも趣きがあり素敵なホテルでした。 ただ、清潔さが欠けていたと感じました。

スタッフの方々のお客への対応に真心を感じました。宿泊施設としての教育もあるでしょが、いろいろ異なる役割を持つ人たちが皆さん同じように大変親切で丁寧でした。 また行きたくなります。

夫婦2人で泊まりました。 和風なのですが、新旧が上手くマッチした雰囲気がとても快適でした。 部屋に付いている川沿いの半露天風呂は川や自然の音が響き渡り、コンパクトながらとても気持ち良かったです。 魚介が苦手なので朝食のみプランでしたが、食事はとても美味しくボリュームもありました。 今回は8月でしたが、紅葉の季節に是非もう一度泊まりたいと思います。

2回目でしたが、相変わらず宿の雰囲気が抜群にいいです。

古蹟建築，歷史豐富的日式傳統溫泉！有兩個大眾池及多個私人浴室。宴會料理很用心也好吃！走路5分鐘即到修善寺各景點！有免費停車場。

古き旅館のイメージを残しつつ、サービスは利用者に寄り添っていると感じた。 浴場がいくつかあり、とても利用しやすかった。また、アルコールを含めたフリードリンクサービスはとても嬉しかった。 きめの細やかなサービスで快適に過ごせ、また訪れたいと思う。
