Great concept for a hotel with nice amenities.

Great room. Good size. Great value

The place was very beautiful, including the view from the 14th floor, and the rooms were extremely well kept. The only thing I would ask is if the pillows could be a bit softer and more abundant.

I loved the bathroom facilities. Shower area was big and separated from the toilet. Also they had free snacks and coffee for guests at different times in the day. Lots of nice food places close by also. 100% would stay here again!

PRETTY MUCH EVERyTHING WAS EXCELLENT。 THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THE CLOSENESS TO THE RAILWAY STATION and THE PEACE PARk WAS VERY CONVENIENT.

The cocktail and happy hours are a nice addition. Location is walkable and easy access to tram lines. Beds were quite stiff and the hotel common areas could have been cleaner.

As two female travelers, safety is a priority to me. The check in desk in at the top floor—with a spectacular view by the way— and our room was on the floor right below. It felt secure, quiet, and comfortable. They have 2 washer machines and breakfast is offered as well as free snacks in the evening. Also a block’s walk away from the street car and bus stops. All the staff we came across was polite and helpful and I was able to get by with English. Excellent find, I’d stay here again!

Great large buffet breakfast with lots of choices and variety. Decent size rooms (for Japan), friendly helpful staff.

The property was impeccably clean and the staff was courteous and professional. The property was conveniently located to all of the attractions we were interested in and the breakfast bar was more than we had expected.

My family of 9 are travel Japan to meet family and for leisure. Taxi to the hotel was less than 10,000 yen (about $5 US). It is walking distance to the Peace Memorial and the ferry to Mt. Miyajama. I did not reserve breakfast and wish I had. My granddaughter has Celiac Disease, so many times there is nothing for her to eat. They offered eggs, rice, sausage, and fruit that were all wheat-free. There were so many options.

Top-notch stay. Spacious room, great location, very attentive service, clean space, and very good value. A perfect stay in Hiroshima.

Very nice staff (they don’t all speak English though, but with Google translate and some basic Japanese, it was not an issue), very clean rooms and hotel, comfortable beds, lots of toiletries available, and plenty of free drinks and snacks. Very nice location too. We were also able to do laundry!

A wonderful hotel. Immaculate and large rooms, plenty of amenities, food and drinks provided throughout the day, good quality breakfast, and lovely staff who are happy to speak english if you can't speak Japanese. Highly recommend
