- It said it was a 4-star hotel, but they only gave me one key. Obviously, I was on a triple sharing basis, which means I needed at least two access keys. I wasn't asked for a deposit at check-in because it was late at night. Then, in the morning at breakfast, because I wanted to go back to my room first, and my family was still eating, I had to ask for a key to the room. The receptionist, Anggraeni, told me they couldn't give me two keys, and it was standard operating procedure. The receptionist's answer was, "Nice SOP for this hotel." The answer was firm: "SOP," meaning hotel rules. They usually deliver it to your room. Why is this stupid SOP being used?
- Regarding cleanliness, my goodness, I booked for 6 nights, and by the 5th night the sheets hadn't been changed. It seems like the bathroom cleaning standard operating procedure needs to be improved, it's very unclean. Wow, nice SOP for a 4-star Atanaya hotel.
- The food stalls weren't good, the taste was tentative, different people had different preferences.
- And I was forced to leave on the 5th night; I couldn't stand it anymore and had to.
Suggestions for Atanaya Management
+ Create an SOP where all guests entering are given two access cards. Why do two guests sometimes come in, one resting and the other still busy, at different times? If you knock on the door late at night, it really disturbs those who are already resting.
+ Please pay more attention to the cleaning SOP.
+ Please double-check the standard bed. I stayed in a junior suite. One of the beds was unusable; it was broken and sagged, causing back pain. The queen bed was fine, no complaints.
+ Maintain the cleanliness of the sheets and their fragrance. The scent of the sheets has helped alleviate some of the anger. My son said this hotel has no positive aspects, but the sheets smell nice.
- Sorry, I didn't upload the worst photos. I hope Atanaya management will make a change. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. Considering that this hotel is quite strategically located…
