Disgusting & horrible! Initially, before booking this room, I contacted the hotel to ask about the "availability" of the room even though in the app system, the room is available. But as a precaution, I still get confirmation from the hotel. But the answer from the hotel staff was disappointing because I was not clear with the explanation given. Due to the hour approaching 1am, I had no choice but to book directly and be confident with the app system. Until je at the hotel. I kept checking in. I was a little upset at first because I was informed by the hotel staff that the room I booked was nothing but a smaller room. I explained to him why I chose the room (because I am with 2 children & a wife, which fits a small room). Finally, the staff also gave me the room key as I booked in the app, which is a single bed and 1 queen bed. The problem is, the room had damage to the knob (key) because I was informed by the staff, the room had just been broken into by the religious authorities because there was a couple doing a "project" in the room. Terrible! I calmed down because it was late at night. The children are all tired and sleepy. It's ok to get enough sleep. Entering the room, my wife opened the toilet door and came out with an unpleasant smell. Apparently there was a patch of cat feces in the toilet. I kept calling the staff to clean the shit. Disgusting! Finally, I tried to ask if I could change to a better room and should I pay the extra. The staff informed me that I could change rooms for a "quiet fee". This means that, since I contacted him from the beginning I wanted to book the hotel, he was actually trying to manipulate the situation and "persuade" me subtly to make "additional payments quietly" to him. Awesome! I insisted on not paying a single penny of extra money with such a dire situation. Eventually, my family and I stayed there and left early in the morning to go somewhere else. I think, as long as I book and spend the night in any accommodation such as a hotel, this is the worst experience for me and my family. I hope the hotel takes this situation seriously and I request the authorities and the authorities to also monitor this matter. We are a developing country and heading towards a developed country and tourism is one of the major contributions to the national economy. Thank you!
