Cool aircond comfortable room .. amenities all nearby

The hotel cost more than the other hotel I once booked from. And yet it has much more smaller room and the receptionist is not friendly

The service is very very bad because they are not aware of the online booking.

For room facility is not problematic, as drawn. But the location is far away (about 1 hour from Kuala Lumpur with KTM Commuter) is located in the shop. Front disappointing (I was told to pay for the room again, but I refused because it had to pay it off in Traveloka). They did not even check the computer via the internet! Either they try to deceive me or not because the hotel in discussions with Hindi to give me room

Untuk fasilitas kamar tidak bermasalah, sama seperti digambar. Namun Lokasinya jauh (kira kira 1 jam dari Kuala Lumpur dengan KTM Komuter) terletak di ruko.resepsionis yang mengecewakan (saya disuruh bayar kamar lagi, namun saya tolak karena sudah melunasinya di Traveloka). Mereka tidak cek lewat komputer bahkan internet! Entah mereka mencoba menipu saya atau bukan karena pihak hotel berdiskusi dengan bahasa Hindi untuk memberi saya kamar
