The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. There are many trees and gardens. There are two swimming pools. The Lumbung rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is also friendly.

Great property and location but the rooms are very underwhelming and basic

Location is great! not too far from the harbor and beachfront. Very nice beach! Check in flexibility’s for us when arrive 30 minutes earlier. Bad things are the beds at the beach are not ready. You always need to ask for the mattress. Pool was with yellow stuff something from the plants. I had my bikini top white and it’s yellow now. I tried to brushed it with soap as the bartender suggested but nothing worked. One of the bartender was not paying attention and always chewing. It’s annoying to see! The tables at the restaurant are dirty not wipe! Need to ask the staff who always gathered and busy talked to each other to wipe it. Especially during breakfast time. The woman chef in the omelette station needs some help. Very bad omelette maker and always upset. None of the staff speak english well enough. The room is good space but cleanliness’s are poor. Old stuffs. Towels need to be renewed. Shower head was really bad. Toilet was shaking and bad smell. Too many geckos.

Our family took a Villa type room with a private pool, the kids were very happy to be able to swim after playing on the beach. The room is also spacious, the bathroom has a bathtub.

Near the harbor, strategic location, delicious food, bicycles to get around the island are available, so far I have really enjoyed staying here.

The villa is very nice, clean, has a private pool, cold air conditioning, soft bed, highly recommended for those who want to relax

This is the best hotel on the island. The staff and services are excellent here. The beach and the view from the hotel are amazing as well. The location is good, and this is a magical experience compared to the money you had paid!

Menginap di sini menyenangkan wlp ada kekurangan sedikit, misal bohlam lampu ada yang mati dan sudah langsung diganti, AC nya dingin, tp sangat disayangkan Restroom Cewe Cowo yang di tempat breakfastnya sangat jorok sekali, karena masih ada kotoran di klosetnya yang gak disiram (pastinya yang pakai toilet tersebut) dan sudah saya sampaikan ke receptionist nya agar bisa segera dibersihkan.

It's really nice to be able to stay at Wave Villa when you go to Gili Trawangan. It's all fun. Thank you wave villa team, making our holiday enjoyable.

It has to be renovated, it's too old and dirty, when a 3 million hotel doesn't have a water heater.

Stayed at the traditional lumbung villa and it was a memorable experience though not the most convenient. Staff were friendly and hotel access was great.
