The place was amazing! This is the second time i went here. The room, pool, and all facilities are clean. The staff are friendly.

the staff so friendly and we can fun in the karaoke room with family.but just disappointed first when i asking about haidryer one receptionist say must rent and in afternoon 1 other girl receptionist say can borrow for free.everywhere i travel always have hairdryer for free dont know whats going on first day when i asking abut that.all stuff is good only the bed single very small .but for me everythings still good and area easy to find food

The in-room amenities are also complete: cool air conditioning, a soft sofa, a spacious work desk, and TVs in both rooms. The bathroom was large with steady hot water and a full range of toiletries. The bed was comfortable, and the sleep quality was good due to the room's relatively quiet atmosphere.

Having been a customer at Narita for over a decade, I've always felt happy and satisfied. Although the hotel isn't young, it's still okay. The rooms are spacious, with bathtubs. There needs to be more no-smoking signs around the pool area. While there are signs, they're not clear enough, and many people who smoke don't seem to mind smoking around the pool, which also has many small children. I've even reprimanded them, but they just get angry, which is odd, haha.

Narita Hotel offers a calming green atmosphere with a tropical Balinese feel. Spacious gardens, comfortable gazebos, and a cool swimming pool make for a relaxing stay. Friendly service and an elegant setting. Highly recommended amidst the heat of Surabaya, with its tropical ambiance.
