Strategically attractive place but parking is limited.

I believe it was a nice hotel previously. The facilities are standard, with a nice indoor city view swimming pool and basic gym. Breakfast is provided if we opt for it. Many good restaurants nearby. Next to Watson, 7-E, Family Mart, a pharmacy, and a clinic. The housekeeping team is polite and kind. However, I hope they can do more on the maintenance. The family suite located on the 8th floor was found with a few lizard poops on the sofa bed. The air conditioner takes time to cool the room. The internet is slow. The previous dot stain is visible on the toilet bowl ring. One of the elevator floors was broken marble but covered with a floor mat. Limited parking in the backyard, and quite noisy in the middle of the night around 2-3 AM with loud motorcycle noise.

Assalamualaikum. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is near all outlets (example: food and beverage) nearby. Room nice. Cleanliness okay la. Service and facilities pool very enjoyable, but sauna under maintenance. Meal for breakfast good and variety.

The staff not friendly at all. And of course when its come to state problem, this hotel have some racism attitude. This is our first and last visit to this hotel. Will never repeat. I've paid for RM500+ they can said don't have any room under our reservation. This is too much also.

Hotel location is OK. Nearby to Wakaf Che Yeh. Only 5 minutes walking distance.

Room are terrible. They don't wash the bathrooms for a few months I guess. They just wipe everything. Carpet along d corridor from lift to room are no clean and vacuum. Overall our stay are suck.

Swimming pool is great. My children have a pleasure holiday since this is my first time to bring my kids to Kelantan. Spacious size room. Only little problem with the parking. Space is small and only can place around 30-40 cars is not mistaken. We need to park a far because full park.

First enter for room 413 open the room there are people. Luckily that person didn't play hahaha. People are surprised to see us. It must be for room 605 when you enter the room there is a sound of crying, it seems that people are rude but who knows. My son was surprised, all kinds of sentences came out, it was noisy, I asked to change the room, he got room 613, the toilet was clogged, what was my fate.

Honestly, I don't think this hotel deserve a 4 star. Even 3-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur is much more better. 1. The toilet, I tell you, there were lots of small flies. There were lizard and small cockroaches. Oh and they gave us a used bath gel. It was half empty. 2. Asked for early check in, because apparently I arrived earlier than expected, they didn't let me. I even willing to pay extra and asked to talk to the manager but they refuse. I came from Kuala Lumpur, I have no where to stay. Lastly I just lepak at McDonalds beside the hotel. 3. The room is not sound proof at all, you can hear people from room beside you talking to their phones etc. 4. As we stay at Level 3 and the pool is at level 2. It is so annoying hearing kids screaming and shouting at 8am. 5. Parking space is very very limited. You can pay the reserved parking in-front of their hotel for RM20 per day but what nonsense. The parking provided for Hotel guest are limited. I came back late night and I had to park in-front of Watson. Overall, not worth it for a 4 start hotel. For the price? Okay lah. But to claim you're a 4 star hotel? Nonsense.

Nice hotel. Convenient and within walking distance to Wakaf Che Yeh.

Service A++++, hotel ni sangat dekat dengan wakaf che yeh and berhampiran dengan Watson, dobi, salon. Suka sangat!

Nice and worth staying. Spacious room, good food.

I have to wait long queue for check in. waiting for 3 hours to get the towel after check in.

The best hotel close to wakaf che yeh siti khadijah bazaar ba guru tok and warung pak mat .. hotel is clean and spacious..friendly and helpful staff..thank u..will come back soon..insyaAllah ..

Pleasant stay at hotel and will come again

Tv not functioning well.. After 8hours at office, I need entertainment. With poor tv image, not satisfying me
