Great experience with the hotel in the city center, easy for travel.

Room Comfortability : I was given a room which the Aircon is not controllable - was too cold despite i have off the switch totally. It affected my sleep at night, as it was too cold. Reported to the front desk, checked by the maintenance, was told, it was centralised control. second report - maintenance off the switch from the ceiling - control was better With the experience of the chilling room - i tried to take shower with a hot water, the water heater was totally hopeless, it wasnt hot at all despite switch was to the max hot. it makes me even more uncomfortable with the chilling situation in the room Requested to change room, but wasnt given from the first 2 reports, until the 3rd time of reporting issue. Overall stay wasnt as pleasant, as i was there for 6D5N for business trip. i wont be visiting the hotel again for the second time Ambiance/Facilities: Ambiance at the lobby was acceptable, facilities seems complete, but the swimming pool wasnt too private, as it was at the groundfloor with a lot of watcher passby Food: No chance to tasted - but looks like the varieties has quite a good range Staff Assistance: 3stars - polite, but not too helpful to provide solution for clients Highlights: Location is strategy and within walking distance Price: Price was at 4stars, but i think the hotel should need a revamp of upgrades Location: next to the waterfront and the signature of Kuching statues, but hotel is just too old

The hotel is located right along the river. The scenery from our guest room is fantastic. We can easily walk along the riverside from the hotel.

have stayed for the second time, but for the last time it was so bad, towels were not provided, toothpaste was not provided, had to be called repeatedly before it was delivered. there needs to be improvement in the quality of the room service.

The room was very cold even though the AC was turned off. The technician came and explained that maybe the cold air was seeping from the corridor into the room, or the cold air flow in the pipes above the ceiling of the room needed time to normalize. He said that many other guests had experienced the same thing, and he couldn't help. So we slept cold all night even without AC. The sink water stagnated for a long time, it seemed like the drain was clogged. This hotel needs better maintenance.

First come here. The first impression of a good and luxurious hotel. Here we are well served. The staff is very friendly. And the room is clean, spacious, cool and with a view in the middle of the city. For breakfast, he has a lot of side dishes. So we just have to choose, there is nasi lemak and others. Thank you. 😊

Pleasant stay here and location very strategic to all outlets. Great breakfast, great bed, and great people. Oh, and I'm lucky to meet their friendly GM welcoming the guests here at the lobby. Those who are not sure where else to stay, Astana Wing and Puteri Wing are part of their sister's hotel too.
