"The hotel location is strategic on the edge of the road and has a water dispenser in the lobby and an iron in the hallway. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. However, there is one male staff who spoke and behaved rudely when asked for help with the ketle issue. The food and drinks at the hotel are not varied. The food options are only fried rice, fried noodles, toast, and cabbage soup. The drinks are only mineral water, coffee, tea, and juice. The worse, the toast served was moldy."

I got a free room upgrade, located near Berjaya Times Square. The room was spacious and clean.

Comfortable room and staff very friendly and helpful

Check-in and checkout times are very fast, no fuss, clean rooms & toilets, irons are available, suitable for tourists who like to travel with wrinkled clothes in their suitcases.

Some staff are friendly, some are rude. It depends on the person.

There are many restaurants around the location, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, the mattresses, blankets, towels are all clean, the AC is cold, it would be better if the AC had a wind barrier so that it doesn't blow directly on the body, the room is quite spacious for that price, the lighting is sufficient, you can hang out in the hotel lobby cafe, impressive

The receptionist was friendly, the service was good, the price was quite cheap, the location was strategic, close to everywhere and the city center. I left my suitcase in the lobby and it was safe, the hotel was quite good for such a cheap price, free water and tea, coffee, sugar, etc., on the second day it was refilled too, very good and nice hotel. The hotel is in the city center, close to everything, and easy to access.

It's nice to sleep here, the room is spacious, the bed is soft, the TV is big, the bathroom has heat, a hairdryer, it's close to everywhere... I'll sleep here again when I go to Malaysia.

Comfortable hotel, cheap price

The room was basic, but the two-plug charging station wasn't recommended for Indonesians. When I asked to borrow plates and spoons, they didn't give me any.
