Resort nya nyaman, staff sangat informatif dan membantu sekali. Stay 1 hari include breakfast, bisa pakai sepeda hotel, pool ada 2 main pool dan infinity pool. Saya menginap di kamar 509 dengan view sawah, bagus banget. Makanan sangat enak saya pesan room service bebek megoreng recommend banget ga kalah dengan bebek yang terkenal. Saya rekomendasikan wapa di ume resort & spa untuk liburan/honeymoon.

A very pleasant place to stay, very quiet, from the room you can directly see the view of the green rice fields, suitable for a homeymoon and a short break to unwind from the daily grind, so fresh again. Regret because only stayed 1 night. But very, very satisfied with the service, cooperative, friendly, the food is really good, fresh, now I even miss wanting breakfast pancakes and the fried rice is really delicious, really recommended and must stay here again, really want to try the spa too because yesterday I couldn't get a slot, hehe because the booking was at the last minute. Thank you so much wapa at ume resort & spa, success always.

The rooms are clean, the amenities are complete and okay, all the staff are friendly and helpful, the pool is clean, although the mattress uses a mosquito net but doesn't sneeze at all, the food is also delicious 😊.

5 star experience. All hotel staff are so friendly and kind, spacious room and bathroom with super big bathtub, comfortable bed, calm environment, and proper cleaning/hygiene. Hotel facilities are also top class with gym, infinity pool, and buggy car to take you roaming around hotel area. Breakfast at Mr. Wayan restaurant are simple yet delicious. Will definitely plan to come back again. Very recommended for honeymoon, vacation with family, or getaway from busy environment to enjoy serenity among ricefield

Spacious car park, bonus car wipe cleaned. Friendly employees, really good service. Get a welcome drink too. The villa area is spacious and there are many variations of room types. The breakfast menu is quite extensive and everything is available. Will come here again if you staycation in ubud.

Stayed here 16-18 September 2021. Booking via traveloka. When I came here it was still empty of visitors because it was still a PPKM atmosphere. I booked a room in the Ume Suite. The room is very large with a rice field view bathtub. There is no TV here because the concept is ECO living & quiet. To order food, it can be delivered to the room but unfortunately the menu choices are not many so we ordered outside. The breakfast menu is pretty good & everything is fresh. The service staff are all very friendly. Here there is a place for yoga, gazebo and swimming pool. Really a very pleasant stay. Next time will stay here again

Here for my parents wedding anniversary. The service was great, room and the view also great. Overall, a nice stay. Will be back for sure.

Actually, I want to brief this: 1. The people's service was awesome, helpful, and friendly. But, I think due to covid19, the front desk and technician won't be able to help you after 6 PM, also the restaurant was closed at that time. 2. The 2nd night of our stay, I got to upgrade the bigger villa since our room's electricity was down and none of the technicians were there to help (as I mentioned on point 1). Sadly, the water and the water heater at our upgraded villa was not already set up for guest. We couldn't get hot water and got only cold water with a small volume, anyway. But again, tried they can to do service recovery the next day by having us their free lunch and late check-out, even they offered us one more night to stay. I think I can really understand the situation of Bali's hospitality business due to covid19 attacks, it is super sad seeing Bali struggling like that. Wapa Di Ume has super nice service and people, the situation I got positively can be way better when people come and pay for the room that they can provide you all the service normally. Penginapan yang sangat menyatu dengan nuansa alam. Hospitalitynya sangat bagus. Semua pegawai sangat ramah kepada tamu. Fasilitas cukup lengkap. Ada kolam renang, taman, restoran sampai tempat yoga. Yang kurang hanya wifinya kurang speednya sedangkan signal gsm tidak terlalu bagus dan tidak ada TV di kamar. Jadi harusnya wifi jadi satu-satunya pilihan hiburan ketika di kamar. Variasi menu pilihan untuk sarapannya kurang banyaak terutama untuk indonesian foodnya.
