5 stars hotel but the wifi network capability is relatively slow

Staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel is the best choice. I booked a deluxe room and was upgraded to a room with a view of the Hotel Indonesia roundabout. I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, booking a Mandarin Suite with View on Traveloka for one night. My expectations were high because Mandarin Oriental is known as a luxury hotel brand. However, the room I was given was an Urban Suite, not a Mandarin Suite with View, as I had imagined from the Traveloka description. I felt misled, especially on a booking platform like Traveloka. Furthermore, I was unable to secure a complimentary room deal from Mandarin Oriental regarding this disappointment. Therefore, I feel the value and service I expected from Mandarin Oriental did not meet my expectations. My suggestion is that the hotel should: 1. Be more transparent in displaying room types on all online platforms. 2. Provide the best service to maintain the Mandarin Oriental brand standards. I am very disappointed because this experience fell far short of my expectations. I am very disappointed.

Spacious room, monument view always

The hotel staff was very friendly, check-in was fast and clear, the room was spacious and clean, with a great view directly to the Welcome Monument, close access to the GI and PI stations, and the MRT and bus stops. Breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious overall, thank you!

A very good hotel next to bundaran HI. Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia are in walking disctance. The service was excellent, room was complete and in good condition. The breakfast was complete, but a little bland and some were hard. I think that the deposit is too high though, Rp1Mio, maybe it needs to be included in the hotel description. Love the swimming pool, the bathub, and the wardrobe. Absolutely will come again.

Great location... Perfect for a staycation and enjoying the drive-free area on Sunday mornings. The hotel rooms are spacious, complete with a sofa, work desk, wardrobe, and spacious bathroom. The breakfast options are varied and delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta for our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth. The front desk team were lovely and a big shoutout to Kelly, who went above and beyond with her hospitality and personally walked us to our room. She was fantastic!!!💗 The room was beautifully set up with decorations and a surprise cake, which made it feel extra special🙈🪭Everyone we came across was warm and welcoming, and the attention to detail was next level especially the housekeeping came by twice a day to keep everything spotless and make sure we were completely comfortable💯 The amenities were spot on, everything you could possibly need was there. And the breakfast was I ncredible! So many great options, and we genuinely enjoyed every bite🍽️ Can’t thank the team at MO Jakarta enough for making our anniversary stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back x!🩷
