Long check in time. Slow system. Breakfast hall was full with Chinese tourist in groups. Hundreds of them coming in and talking so loud and they don’t queue properly for food. This hotel accepts tourist group booking and has buses park at the front. Many slams the room door at night too. Hotel still under renovation by phases so there are noise during the day on weekend as well. The front desk do not inform about all these renovation happening during check in. Lounge access has like 60tables and seats but still accepts customers and full house max out.

The room was comfortable and suitable to relieve our fatigue. Maybe could take more attention in cleaning aspect because there unwanted hairs in the room. It was a great experience staying at the hotel and hopefully can come back again

Duty manager, Mr. Gopi was rude and unfriendly. Not expected frpm Hilton. Breakfast taste was not good. Will not ne staying in Hilton next time.

The hotel is under renovation, never inform in the order list, we had a hard time to find the access to the hotel. Don't have a proper location to hire a car.

Very pleasant stay. Clean room and friendly staff. The bathroom is very clean. Requested birthday deco and complimentary birthday cake. Requested early check in not able to fulfill due to full occupancy. But allowed to have late check up at 3pm. Check in and check out are smooth at the executive lounge. Breakfast at the Executive Lounge is a bit limited choices and it can be improve better. Same goes to Evening Aperitif also have limited variety. However, overall stay is 9/10. My second visit after 3 years.

Old Hotel and Crowded. "Stayed at this hotel on the first day of hari raya and my review is as follows: 1) Parking. Parking is chargeable at RM3 per entry. Eventho it was during PH, there were still many empty parking lots at Level B2 which is great. However, the hotel parking are not equipped with lift. So, we have to climb the stairs up from B2 to Ground Floor with our luggage. Definitely not ideal for those with mobility issues. Parking area at B2 is also stuffy and smelly (there 's some sewerage smell I think). I guess because this is an old hotel, nothing much can be done unless the hotel undergo renovation. 2) Check In. As expected during PH, it will be crowded. Only 2 check in counters are opened. Hilton Honours counter is not opened-not sure why. So, I had to queue up and waited for about 1 hour before being served (I queue up at about 330pm). Definitely no social distancing is being practiced during check in. Partly also because the lobby area is not very huge. Thankfully, the rooms are ready. 3) Room 510 and 511. Room size is compact, so as the bathroom size. Room is on the older side as expected. Mattress is not plush or luxury but it was not too shabby too. Pillows are OK and comfortable. However, there are stains on the bedsheet. Room also has some mouldy smell from the air conditioner from time to time. I think because of the age of this hotel, this kind off things are expected. Room sound proofing is poor, we can definitely hear traffic sound from federal highway. 4) Buffet Breakfast at Paya Serai. Because of PH, the breakfast area is very crowded but thankfully the restaurant area is quite big. Tables are also arrange with some gap from the next table. However, floor service is definitely very poor. Not enough staffs to clear plates. In terms of food selection, it is definitely a limited spread only, so don't expect a huge lavish spread. No fresh fruit juices being offered too, only 2 types of chilled cordial juices. We are also allowed to order coffee from the machine but because of the shortage of floor staffs, it was very difficult to order our coffee. By 9am, most of the food items on the buffet area are empty. Food top up is also quite slow. On the positive note, the croissant, kuih melayu are quite nice and delicious. Other items are standard breakfast items. Overall, the breakfast experience is poor due to limited food spread, poor floor services and slow top up of food. 5) Check Out. Check out was fast. Overall, can stay here if the rate is not too expensive and if you are OK with old hotel set up. I think the experience will be better during non peak period.".

Pleasant stay, great food choices in the executive lounge and breakfast buffet. I left my belonging in the room and realized this after checking out. The lost and found staff arranged the delivery to my next hotel.
