Old school hotel that is still very spacious, strategic location.

Returned to this hotel because the place is very comfortable and homey, spacious, roomy, and clean.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful during check-in. I always choose this hotel when I'm in Surabaya. The hotel is quite clean and the food is varied. Access to several places is quite affordable, the hotel is located in a busy area.

Everything was fine except for the numerous insects. They were tiny, unknown insects, and they came from nowhere. They appeared on the carpet, in the trash, and even in the bathroom. The room was spacious and perfect for business trips because it had a table and sofa outside. There was space to open large suitcases. During check-in, the receptionist gave me the wrong room. I was given a room that was already occupied. However, on the second day, I was compensated with a free cake. For the price, the room was quite good. Although the building is old, everything was comfortable. There was a water dispenser, making it easy for guests who couldn't be bothered to go out and buy water.

Very pleasant, spacious room, delicious and varied food. Thank you SSH, always be successful.

It was a pleasure to be at this SSH hotel, the rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, the food is delicious and varied, next time I can stay here again, always success for SSH.

We stayed in the Executive Business Room, which was very spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom. It's fully carpeted, so it's soundproof. There's a hairdryer in the restroom. Breakfast was varied and varied. The pool is kid-friendly (there's a kiddie pool and an adult pool). The service was fast and everyone was friendly. My husband, my kids, and I had a very comfortable stay.

The bathroom drain is broken. Many of the bathroom showers are clogged.

Located in the city center, next to Plaza Surabaya. However, the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. You can only order drinks. We arrived at almost 10 a.m. due to a flight delay, so we couldn't order food. We had to order GoFood.

The staff were very friendly, and we extended our stay daily for business. When the hotel was fully booked, we were still given priority for further extensions. Thanks to the front desk's excellent service, we were able to get our room back. Good job, staff.
