A lovely little hotel with incredibly friendly staff, the breakfast had everything that you would need to set you up for the day.

Excellent stay. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and nice food in the hotel restaurant. Everything is in walking distance and the hotel is situated in a beautiful area. I would highly recommend this hotel. This hotel might be 2 star but the service is 6 star all the way! 10/10

Fantastic location! The staff were so friendly snd helpful.

Although the hotel doesn't have the air-conditioning, the room is big with high ceiling and that makes it less stuffy. With 2 fans and wide windows, sleeping was not as bad. The hotel location is the best. It is the center of everything. We will definitely go back to stay with them again.

The staff was unbelievable. They are top-notch and made our stay amazing. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable beds, hot shower, and excellent food and service in the center of town. AC normally not needed but 90 degree heat wave only cooled off to mid-70s at night.

Amazing staff and superb location. Very quiet and central to everything. The restaurant was an extra bonus. Breakfast was plentiful and the best coffee in Italy.

A hotel since the 1500s. It's centrally located in the old city. The hotel staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and gracious. It was clean and quiet and safe. A beautiful place to stay.

Great hotel, excellent location

Everything splendid

Great location. But room so basic. Very clean and perfect location. But room has a very tired bathroom (like an 80’s student flat). Hot water takes for ever to come. Tiny room. Not even a chair. No air con. Just an old fashion ceiling fan. It’s not expensive but I find the pictures very misleading. Not bad value for money but very basic.

We liked that it was in the centre of upper town close to all the restaurants, the squares, the churches and everything else. It was a 2 km walk from the main train station as our trip was all on trains
