Very bad experiences. Initially, I took 1 night in a deluxe room. Check-in was safe, when I arrived at the room, I was called that the AC was broken. BTW, why was the room broken and being sold? Okay, finally, an officer moved me to another room on the 8th floor. When I arrived at the room, it turned out the electricity was not working. After waiting for 15 minutes, the officer brought a new room card and it worked. While waiting, I sat on the floor outside the room because there was no light. The next day, I extended another night, because there were no deluxe rooms available on Travelola, so I ended up taking a more expensive executive room. After my activities, I went to the receptionist and chose not to move to the executive class. I was given a new room card. When I entered the room, it turned out the electricity was not working again. I went down and complained because it happened the second time. After waiting for 10 minutes, the electricity was fine. The most annoying incident was when I checked out. My bag was already in the car (online taxi), a receptionist came to the car and asked about the problem with the room towel. I immediately took my bag and asked the officer to check it myself and there was nothing. Here we can conclude the low class service from the hotel staff.
