Hotel staff is very friendly, rooms are clean

My first time staying @ Biz Hotel, front desk & security staffs very helpful & friendly. Great experience to stay, breakfast excellent too. Will book again. Thank you

Santik*, W*ndham, Asto*, Bc*, Nagoya Hi** ,Masih Kalah Jauh. ●Swimming Pool 0/10 Air nya Sedang Dikuras/Direnovasi ●Breakfast 7/10 enak tapi variety terbatas, sesuai dengan harga. ●FnB Staff 10/10 Pakaian FnB staff dan chef yang ikut serta menghandle restoran terlihat bersih, rapi, dan tak seorang pun saya lihat memakai cincin, Tidak seperti staff hotel golden V*** ●Restaurant 8/10 Tampilan restaurant dan susunan meja yang menarik, tidak seperti hotel golden V*** yang seperti suasana warteg. ●Housekeeping 10/10 sangat responsif dalam menjalankan tugas ketika saya ada keluhan di sarung bantal kamar no 311. ●Room 7/10 Suka dengan suasana kamar nya. Bed nya sangat private sekali, AC berfungsi dengan baik. ●Bathroom 5/10 Sempit, sesak, shower nya model jadul. Tidak ada keran bawah. Amenetis kurang lengkap.tidak seperti yang tertera di foto traveloka. ●Resepsionis 8/10 Staff resepsionis yang ramah, efisien, dan sigap. ●Lobby 8/10 Suka lobi nya, cukup estetik mix luxury. Cocok untuk berfoto. ●View Hotel 5/10 Sangat tidak bisa diharapkan untuk memanjakan mata. ●Staff DFO 9/10 Sekuriti, bellboy, ramah, helpfully saya akan kembali ke hotel ini di lain waktu dana kesempatan. worthy dengan harga

This Biz Hotel is a great place to stay, even for a short or long break.

The room is nice and comfortable, just please fix the water heater because there is no hot water 🙃

If possible, use the toilet washer on the 2nd floor.

Room is a bit small (moderate) but next time I'll try Deluxe. Everything is good. Breakfast is a nice menu.

You can try staying here again, strategic location

The location is ok, close to everywhere, easy to find Grab, across the street there is a food court, easy to find food. There is also an elevator. The room is ok, the bathroom is ok, but yesterday I got a room where the AC was not too cold and often turned off by itself. But so far ok, recommended.

The hotel atmosphere is comfortable and the location is in the city center.
