From beginning to end everything and everyone were excellent. Property is well kept and the team members were amazing. Every service with a smile.

We enjoyed our staff but when we booked the room it was at full capacity whether was inclement . We had the family room and wanted our kids to be able to enjoy the pool unfortunately it was closed . We were hoping to use the pool at a latter time to enjoy the full experience especially since we spent nearly $500 on a room but we were offered any incentive for the pool Closure

Staff were amazing. Rooms and pool and food and amenities were PERFECT. Staff would not let me life a finger!! Thanks for the memorable and meaningful stay. I WILL BE BACK.

I expected a much better veiw for a upgradeed room with a king sized bed.

Beautiful recently remodeled hotel with nice pool next to the beach 9.5/10. Hotel room was good size and beds were fairly comfortable and good size. Room had small fridge, bottles of water and heated kettle with coffee/tea. Bathroom was beautifully remodeled with turquoise accents including the shower, which I appreciated the darker color. This also was coordinated with the rest of the room and throughout the hotel. This was probably my favorite thing about this hotel.

Bedding was very comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Didn’t mind paying a little extra for the VIP stay, but was a little disappointed that the buffet was not available the day we checked in. My wife is very picky but she also enjoyed the buffet.

Was a great achievement, but when ask for coffee refill never bring cream or Excellent customer service, super good bar service, only when we asked for coffee for the room they only brought 2 individual bags

I didn't like that the outside bar closed at 10pm. The room size was also a bit small - but it was a nice room.

I was just there for an overnight trip. The staff was friendly and professional. However, the front desk person was indifferent to my mentioned that there was no hot water for my shower. He gave some excuse about maintenance being done, which i know was not truthful or accurate. Certainly there was no apology. other than “sorry”
