Lovely stuff. Beautiful view, the best! No restaurant, no beach access.

No restaurants, nothing nearby. Don't even waste time on breakfast, just go get your own. It's quiet and quaint. Not many amenities. Coming back but won't stay there.

This property was very nice and astonishing. The area was quiet and lovely place to have a vacation at. The beds were so comfortable after a day of activities and excursions. The place is very peaceful and beautiful. The staff were amazing as well. The views were amazing. I would definitely recommend.

The thing that stands out the most was this is not a place for anyone with mobility issues. There can be a lot of stairs to climb depending on where in the complex you’re going. The buildings themselves make you feel like you have transported to Europe. The pool was perfect and our daughter loved the diving board and slide. The furnishings/appliances are kinda at the point of needing replaced but they met our needs. The air worked well which was a huge plus. We had a few minor issues at first but management sent immediate staff to investigate and address. If we had a real negative is I wish the balcony had nicer furniture such as chaise lounge chairs and a smaller table so you could really sit out and relax and enjoy the quiet. Other than that we would definitely consider staying here again. It is in an area with less activity but that is why we chose it but you definitely want a car.

Hotel room was clean, comfortable and had a great view. Breakfast was brought to the room every morning and it was lovely having it on the balcony. You will need a car to get to anything as this hotel is up a hill and there is no restaurant. Only issue I had was the pool was very far from my room and the elevator kept breaking but other than that I had a great stay!

I love the breakfast in the room the place was clean unfortunately the beach nearby was full of seaweed, I had to drive 30 minutes to mullet beach to be able to swim. Also, from the smell of the sewage we knew we were close by the hotel. The swimming pool is clean and the restaurant nearby were delicious. The stuff was very nice.

Wonderful stay! Front desk was excellent and room very spacious. Did find minor cleaning issues but would stay again. People complained about being too many stairs but I didn’t have that issue, guess it depends on what floor you are assigned to.

Very nice apartment with views and fully equipped. Very nice staff and very clean and comfortable.

It was a very romantic intimate stay. Paul the driver is very professional and made sure all our transportation was taken care of. Go to Maho beach and Nowhere special for live music and drinks. The room was fully equipped with a kitchen the housekeeping came every day. The only complaint was the smell from the sea moss from dawn beach but apparently it’s normal this time of year.

Very clean and spacious, staff was great and very responsive. But its on top of a hill, be prepared to do so walking

Driving the hills were unique to get to and from the hotel. I loved the comfort of the room and the views are beautiful. It's a gated community so I felt safe.
