Everything was fun but there was something that wasn't so pleasant, we had called the bellboy to get our suitcases because we had small children, but he didn't come twice, so we had to carry it ourselves, maybe it was busy and we were checking out at the same time so everyone was busy. So far it's always been a pleasure staying here

Stayed to celebrate my mom's birthday, requested a birthday surprise and was granted. The room was upgraded and got a very spacious one with pool access, clean and cool air conditioning. The staff from check-in until leaving were very friendly, the hospitality was top notch both in the lobby and the restaurant. They also offered late check-out. This will be my go-to hotel when I go to Bandung. Thanks Sheraton❤️

only lacking for 5 star room facilities is no sback or other soft drinks are provided...... and for secrty there are no directions for vehicle parking so it is a bit confusing even though

So far so good. The room is clean, comfortable, and has plenty of amenities. The soundproofing is great, so even though it's right in front of the pool, you can't hear any noise from outside. The dinner options aren't extensive, but breakfast is okay. 👍🏻 Yesterday, I requested a birthday surprise for my husband, but because I got a room upgrade, the surprise didn't work out because the complimentary cake arrived later. The front desk confirmed that someone had a birthday party right in front of my husband. 😄

The best hotel for families, delicious food, and fun facilities. For those of you visiting Bandung, a staycation here will be truly satisfying.

What impressed me most was the friendliness of the hotel staff; they were very helpful. You were also allowed to enter your room during check-in if it was available. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. Recommended.

We were checked in by receptionist Kak Shasha. She was very helpful throughout the check-in process. Her service was friendly and always offered additional amenities, such as horse riding, a playground, and rabbits. Furthermore, the room details were explained in detail, and her personal touch was very strong. At breakfast, the PIC and chef were always willing to help. We brought a baby and were offered special baby food. We really enjoyed our stay here, especially for those of us who enjoy staycations!

The meal was top-notch, unlike other 5-star hotel breakfasts with no taste. Breakfast in Sheraton was delicious, the spread was amazing, from western to Indonesian foods. My family enjoys staying for the breakfast time.
