Actually, we booked a deluxe room, but the receptionist did some upselling to us. The breakfast was 👍 and the restaurant staff were so helpful.

During my 4-day stay and 4-day breakfast, I observed that the dining personnel paid more attention to Caucasian guests than Indonesian guests.

Excellent 5-star hotel with very comfortable rooms, clean facilities, and professional, friendly staff. The room quality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere truly meet luxury standards, and the stay itself was very enjoyable. The only downside is the breakfast and food pricing, which feels quite overpriced at around IDR 300k per person or 400k for walk in, especially considering the local food options available nearby. Quality is good, but the value does not quite match the price. Overall, highly recommended for the stay and comfort — just consider dining outside the hotel

Friendly staff, spacious room, cozy ambiance

The room's curtain area was very dusty, and my child sneezed, but otherwise it was fine. The breakfast was a bit bland, just not great for my taste. The hotel's ambiance is good. It's close to Ciputra World Mall, so you can find food and daily necessities at Hypermart.

Clean, comfortable, complete facilities

An impressive stay. Almost everything meets the criteria of a 5-star (plus) hotel. However, for those without a driver and choosing to park on their own, it's a bit of an effort to park in the parking lot, as there's no direct access to the lobby (which is why valet parking is always offered). The best option is to park in the garden area under the shady trees, or even better, just use the valet parking facility and give the key. The comfort is certainly impressive.

True to its star rating, this super comfortable hotel boasts exceptional service, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff (there's an internal WhatsApp service for guests to communicate with staff with questions or requests). The food and drinks are also excellent. I recommend ordering the pizza, as both the taste and price are quite affordable for a hotel like Shangri-La. Breakfast offers a wide selection, and if you're lucky, you might even find sirloin steak served at the buffet. Amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, a gym, and a spa. Beware, it's often crowded on weekends; sometimes people book the lobby lounge. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and spacious, although not a Business/Suite. There are also plenty of amenities, including an iron. Recommended for a staycation. I'd definitely stay again if I had the chance. Unfortunately, plane tickets are expensive now (from Jakarta). The tickets are more expensive than the stay itself (>~<) ~Khairisan
