A beautiful hotel with lots of trees, delicious breakfast, friendly service.

Friendly hotel staff, delicious breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, near the beach, near culinary, near Lippo Mall

Average hotel, desperately needing maintenance. Ants and mosquitos in room, staff sprayed and gave plug. Wifi weak, staff gave extender. Gaps in front door, so insects and sound gets in, noisy neighbours, Very thin sliding door. Early morning construction. House keeping forget to clean room. Spoke to manager after long time waiting because he busy with many meetings, who moved me to another room, but still similar problems. Some staff not proactive. Bathroom curtain have stain, Spider on bed. Welcome drink very cheap quality. Overall bad stay, Will never come back, not good experience.

The facilities and comfort are satisfactory, the service is also good, the breakfast menu choices are quite varied and satisfying and the rates are affordable.

The front desk staff and security are the most callous and arrogant! Breakfast? Whats that? The BF spread has no thought involved in it. Absolute rubbish. Only silver lining is the property itself.

Very nice hotel, calm and friendly staffs. I was really enjoy my stay there. It is close to some massage salons, mini market, food places, Lippo mall. Room is big with and comfortable. I will stay here in the future if I come to Bali.

The location is not far from the airport. The place is cool because there are many trees. Too bad I can't try breakfast because I have to fly early in the morning.

The hotel rooms are clean, the hotel is really comfortable for a place to rest after a day of solid activity outside the hotel. The hotel workers are friendly and always warmly greeted.

It's bad, the hotek is really old, right when you enter the flood room because the air conditioner is leaking, it's been repaired, it's still leaking, breakfast is a bit of a choice, there's no white rice, the food isn't very good, it's bad to stay on the tour ... it won't ever reverse again ...
