9.5/10 ✅️✅️ Took a vacation and then stayed here with my family.. It was a really wonderful experience! The room was very comfortable and spacious, the staff was super friendly.. And we tried the in-room dining menu, then the breakfast buffet at Asia Restaurant, & lunch at Lobo Restaurant.. Everything was super delicious, nothing was a failure. But I think the grill was the best, ordered the grilled lamb chop right in the room & the grilled tomahawk at Lobo.. the meat was really really delicious, super recommended!💯

The service from the beginning until I left was super okay, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, there were many benefits and additional facilities. But one thing that was unfortunate, when I was having breakfast at the Asia restaurant, I was walking and choosing food and behind me was a female staff wearing a navy suit, when I turned to the food stall she reflexively clicked "tsk" as if I was blocking her way, I also didn't know she was behind me and after that she saw me but immediately continued walking without saying sorry until when I returned with my family from breakfast, she was there with another waitress but she didn't greet me at all. Even though I was really amazed by the friendliness of the other staff, but because of that one incident that made me quite offended, my assessment of this hotel's service was reduced. I hope that in the future all staff can be briefed better.

All the staff are very friendly, making us want to come back again, not to mention the comfortable hotel makes the kids addicted, thank you to Ms. Melany who upgraded our room for my son's birthday, it's really cool, really cool

The staff service was excellent. However, the rooms, although spacious, were too simple and lacked aesthetics.

It costs around 2 million rupiah, but you get three delicious meals, which is pretty cheap. It's cool. The service is great.

What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by *Mrs. Royana Rasjid*. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth went above and beyond our expectations. She was incredibly attentive to our needs, always greeting us with a smile, and made us feel truly valued as guests. Her caring, efficiency, and personable approach made every interaction a pleasure. Five stars without hesitation!

Very satisfying and highly recommended

Worst experience in ritz carlton, i stayed here before and had so much better. We checked in at 4pm they said the room is still full. They remove us to a room with 1 bed (i booked for 2 bed since i have 2 kids) . we finally got the room we ordered on 6.30 pm which is a very time consuming. the breakfast , nothing special . i hope you guys improving , but basically always love the room size

Great stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious food. Beautiful pool area. Only downsides are the late check-in time and no kids club, but perfect for couples looking for a relaxing getaway.
