The staff is very friendly, cleanliness is good even though the hotel is quite old, location is OK, lots of snacks around, BF is quite ok.

Our stay at Hotel Santika Premiere Malang was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the Kulala Bar and Terrace are perfect for coffee. The breakfast menu is also varied and delicious. Highly recommended.

I stayed for 8 days and 7 nights with my family during the peak season of December 2025. The hotel surroundings were very comfortable, very beautiful, and perfect for morning walks. The swimming pool was very spacious, with a children's pool and a fairly spacious and clean playground. The service and staff were also very friendly and helpful. There were many breakfast choices, but unfortunately the main course didn't have much variety (it changed). I ate breakfast 7 times, and the variations were always the same: yellow chicken (different flavors), HEJOO SHELLS (this doesn't seem to be suitable for a variety of breakfast main courses and it was there continuously). The most delicious breakfast was just the fried rice made on the spot and instant noodles. Hopefully the main course variations will be better in the future. Overall, everything was good except for the monotonous breakfast experience.

Friendly and warm service. The food is varied. It would be better if the breakfast was more spiced, but overall it was delicious.

All the staff were friendly, from security to receptionists to waiters... The environment was clean, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Only the sound of the HK staff pushing the cart could be heard from the room.
