This is my second stay here. The first time I stayed here, it was very comfortable, and everyone was friendly. That's why I brought my family this second time. But yesterday wasn't as comfortable as the first. First, swimming felt uncomfortable because the security guards were so closely monitoring us, making us feel like fugitives. Second, the fire alarm went off four times, without any warning, causing all the guests to panic and leave their rooms. Especially since I brought my mother, who panics easily. It was very, very bad. And yes, this is my last time there. Because of this unpleasant experience. Please reconsider your comfort.

The room was spacious and beautiful. We were lucky enough to book a deluxe room and be upgraded to a junior suite, which was luxurious. We were very pleased with the prompt receptionist service.

Overall, it's good. I got a special price at 10-10, and it's really kid-friendly. It's just that you can't leave your bags after check out, and you can't check in early because it's so crowded. But the family facilities are super complete.
