Stayed at this hotel because there was a graduation ceremony for my husband, booked 3 rooms, the hotel was comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious, each room had a bathtub, the breakfast menu was also delicious and varied.

I've stayed here several times because I like the hotel and the rooms are super comfortable, clean, not scary, the corridors are bright, the service is also good, I will definitely come back to stay here again.

Please don't allow smoking in the cafe in the lobby. The indoor area in front of the reception smells of cigarette smoke. I'm sorry, the main lobby reflects the hotel, so it smells of cigarettes. It doesn't look like a star hotel. I'm waiting to check in so I feel uncomfortable.

Great location. Fast and friendly service. Breakfast was plentiful until the 10am cut-off time. The taste was lacking. However, the braised beef was delicious. The rooms are old-fashioned, and the towels are dirty and smelly.

Stayed in business suite room 1402, got a full glass room so you can enjoy the view of Bekasi city. The swimming pool area is also clean & well maintained. The breakfast menu is very diverse, but for the taste, I think it's just so-so, 8/10. Overall, it's okay & very pleasant to stay at this legendary hotel in Bekasi city 😄👍 Keep up the best service, okay?
