Kamarnya oke, suasananya nyaman, view-nya keren langsung laut. Yang disayangkan adalah makanan buat sarapannya kurang variatif, rasanya kurang cocok di lidah kami. Selebihnya oke termasuk pelayan-nya pada ramah.

Saya pesan untuk tanggal 31 Des 23 sampai 1 Jan 24, dengan tipe kamar romantic room with private villa di harga 2.7jt. Sesuai app, saya memilih kamar tersebut berdasarkan foto pada aplikasi dan saat itu yang tersedia hanya 1 kamar. Sesampai di hotel, kami check in dan mendapatkan kamar tersebut 4* tanpa bathtub sesuai gambar yang saya lihat saat memilih kamar tersebut, kemudian kami bertanya ke petugas check in Bapak M*#% dan awalnya beliau bersikeras sisa kamar tersebut hanya itu saja, tetapi setelah kami info bahwa kami memilih tipe kamar tersebut sesuai gambar di aplikasi maka beliau menyampaikan akan membantu untuk refund. Saya sampaikan tidak pernah terjadi dalam sejarah aplikasi akan memberikan refund hotel. Maka setelah dikomunikasikan dengan Mrs. Sarah GM manager Puri Mas, kami diberikan kamar Ratnawati villa, bangunan vila yang berisi 3 kamar tidur tapi kami hanya diberi dapat menggunakan hanya 2 kamar tidur saja padahal saya datang hanya bersama istri saya saja, juga dengan bathtub yang super gede dan private pool yang sangat luas. Kamar tersebut harga jualnya di aplikasi 5.6jt. Luar biasa hotel Puri Mas Senggigi, saya salut dan respek atas pelayanannya. Semoga kita bisa bertemu kembali. NB untuk foto isi Ratnawati villa bisa lihat di sendiri di aplikasi atau silakan pesan sendiri, ok guys 🫰.

Good service humble and friendly staff. The room unwell prepare. Air Conditioner to noise, lighting on the room not all work. Breakfast not to much variation. Private poll at the villa doesn't already turn on when we check in. So far we're welcome by the staff. Thank you.

Breakfast under expectation. we have paid more expensive because of New Year's Eve, but only get fried rice and fried noodles for breakfast. no dessert cake, only toast and only pineapple jam and honey. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet and close to the beach, perfect for a vacation for couples or families who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The hotel interior is very elegant and full of ethnic palace nuances of Solo.

Receptionist friendly. when it comes served drinks and cold towel. During the stay only saw 1 other indo family many Caucasian and chinese but the food remains indo taste. The rice, fried noodles and pastry are delicious. 👍

A suitable hotel for couples

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Puri Mas Boutique Resort and Spa for honeymoon. initially pesen the standard room .. ehh was able to free upgrade k room that 2x more besaar and directly facing the beach. Just come served welcome drink (direct pineapple juice pake pineapple container) and cold towel. His employees are friendly and helpful. the rooms are nice, spacious, given the complete toiletries, just unfortunately TV broadcast is too limited. Channel Indonesia only Metro TV, the rest of the channel outside and not fun also his tv show. Good breakfast ... the menu is diverse, soy milk is highly recommended. Anyway if to Lombok, I will stay there again. but invite family group.
