The breakfast was delicious and varied. Room service was also fast and responsive. Asked for extra soap and towels, and they were ready within 5 minutes. I'll definitely stay here again...

Oldtimesake sanctuary for family to enjoy weekend

Awesome place to stay for a short business trip.

I booked two rooms, and one of them was ready at 5:30 PM. It was great, wasn't it? Luckily, one room was ready at 3:00 PM because we arrived at 3:00 PM, so we could all get together and get ready. After calling several times, the key to the other room never arrived, so I finally went down to the receptionist. That's it, I didn't have the energy to complain. Dinner was delicious (it was a paid option). Breakfast wasn't as delicious and varied as the paid one. Maybe because it was free. But it was okay, I was full and happy. Everything else was fine, and that's all, and I apologize if my comment wasn't appropriate.

This is my second time staying here with my family. The hotel is old, but it's still very well-maintained, and the vibe is truly nostalgic. The breakfast is comprehensive and delicious, the staff is friendly, and the pool and gardens are beautiful. The food at the poolside cafe is a bit pricey, though overall it's okay.

For those who want to stay with family, this is the best! There is a water park, guaranteed to make the kids happy! The service is friendly and good, super helpful! I will come back again, the best family hotel so far.. The only thing missing is that they don't have a kids club, hopefully next time they can make an indoor area for the kids to play.. Complete 100/10
