The room smells of engine oil, the lobby smells of cigarette smoke, the parking lot is cramped.

There are cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The room telephone is broken. The service is slow.

On the bedroom floor under the mattress there are stains that have not been cleaned.

The staff are friendly and polite, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the room smells good and they are quick to respond if there are any problems.

The hotel is old, and it looks like many things need updating and replacing. The sheets, blankets, pillowcases, and towels in particular are worn and stained. The room interiors also need updating.

Check-in was fast. The staff was friendly. No deposit required. There's ample parking for an SUV. If you're too lazy to park in the basement due to tight maneuverability, you can park outside or on the side of the hotel. Get a room with a wall view 😂 The location is very close to Blok M. I went there because I wanted to explore Blok M and eat and the hotel was just across the street. I ate, sweated, chilled at the hotel, and then went back to Blok M. Breakfast at the hotel was just so-so. Overall, the room was clean, even though it's an old hotel. The mattress was decent, plus there were extra pillows in the closet. The bathroom was clean. The amenities were complete. The only thing missing was the hot water. It's time to replace the towels.

Strategic location close to the Blok M culinary center, friendly staff, I stayed in a room with a bathtub, so the kids were happy to be able to play in the water and soak in warm water.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The parking lot is a bit small and the floor is currently being renovated. Just a short walk to Blok M Square.

Worth it to stay if you want a walking distance to Blok M around and also comfort and tidy. Staff are friendly.

It's also fun to staycation here, the location is very close to Blok M and the Melawai area.

The staff are all friendly. The coffee is made in an interesting way, using a coffee machine and according to your taste, whether you want Americano, latte, milk, etc. And what's cool is that the staff has a group exercise in the restaurant, and we can join in. And for those of you who have slightly wrinkled clothes, there is an iron and a place for it in each room. Wow, moms really like it 😁 Everything else is okay, often discounts include breakfast, owner ☺️🙏

Friendly, fast and clean service

The AC leaked so much that there was a lot of water on the floor, the toilet was hard to flush and it looked like it was going to fall off, and the bathtub drain was clogged :( Maybe I'm just not having any luck, hopefully it will be better in the future
