Our stay was great! Friendly staff and good food. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was a bit too soft for us but it was a great hotel!

Absolutely gorgeous and historic hotel. I’ve stayed here multiple times and I love it.

The fan above the toilet didn’t work. Besides that, the room was excellent. The hotel could be more wheelchair friendly. There was only one lift available, and it made sounds as if it is about to breakdown. More wheelchair lifts would be nice especially when it is an emergency.

Everything was nice . Service in the dining room wasnt the best. She never came back to see how our food was and mine was over cooked. Had to ask another server for coffee. The male African American Night clerk wasnt friendly at all. No personality whatsoever. Im in the service industry so these are the things i notice the most.

Hotel was lovely! The staff was amazing. Dwight, at the front desk, Dwayne giving a tour, JP and his crew in the bar!

Terrible room service. Great bed comfort. Great bathroom. Huge rooms lovely presentation. Weird location. Restaurant closes Charlie and I had to go to the Ritz to get food

Hotel overall was good. The safe in my room wasn't really working correctly which made me feel a bit uneasy. I also never got the requested housekeeping at the time I really needed it. The food at the restaurant was really good. The person who checked me in was very helpful and informative

It was ok I was expecting better given the ratings the hotel had been given. Just goes to show that you can’t really trust very high ratings.

Pure elegance. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are beautiful with great service and a great location.

The facility is excellent. The staff are excellent, super friendly and helpful, the restaurant was great, the rooms were super clean and comfortable, and it was very nice and secure. In general, downtown Atlanta can be a little bit gritty, but that would be the same for any hotel in that area.

I am not one for hotels, but the Candler is our go-to spot whenever we come to Atlanta. This was our third time staying, and each time we have had no complaints. The staff are attentive and kind, the restaurant is amazing, cleanliness is A-1. The marble details throughout

The hotel was lovely and the staff were fantastic! But there were a lot of hidden/expensive fees though, they were not listed online or onsite
