The hotel is nice, clean, good service, nice view, restaurant is open 24 hours, there is a free shuttle to the airport, complete facilities.

The hair dryer should be replaced. The lights in the room are old and not bright enough. Many of them are not working. I booked 2 rooms and they are the same. The atmosphere of the accommodation is like an apartment. When I opened the door to the room, I knew it was a hotel. The atmosphere around the hotel is very good. The food is delicious. The singer has a good voice.

We stayed overnight and as our flight was not till late the next evening, we were able to keep our room all day for an extra 1000 BHT. Staff, food, drinks, pool, and room all excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything is perfect. The rooms are excellent, the staff is also good, just they didn't know much to speak in English.

Our trip was nice and relaxing, but be warned, very little English is spoken, which led to us receiving wrong orders on food, and the resort is pretty far away from everything and it's quite expensive (food, drinks, etc.) compared to off the resort prices. If you plan on just staying on the resort and relaxing, it's an excellent place, but if you are looking to adventure around Bangkok, then this is definitely not the place for you.

The staffs were very hard to reach and unacommodating.

No matter how many times I've gone to stay, I've never been disappointed. It's always beautiful, the rooms are clean, the service is good, the food is delicious. I really like it, the soft bed sucks the soul and sleeps soundly.
